"artifact 3" is one of the twenty-one artifacts in StrikeForce Kitty 2. It appears to be a one-star Dragon Ball.
This artifact can be obtained by random chance of using a GOLD LOTTERY TICKET, with the chance for this specific artifact increases with progression. It can be dragged to a kitten wearing either the "Betzita" or "Kakaroto" cosplay to transform into a super set called "Dragon man".
In the Steam version, this is labelled as artifact 1(see: Artifacts).
