"artifact 7" is one of the twenty-one artifacts in StrikeForce Kitty 2. It appears to be a Poké Ball.
This artifact can be obtained by random chance of using a GOLD LOTTERY TICKET, with the chance for this specific artifact increases with progression. It can be dragged to a kitten wearing either one of the following cosplay sets: "Fire", "W-Turtle", "Electro-rat", or "Plant". The kitten wearing one of the four sets combined with the artifact is transformed into a super set called "Monster level 2"
