This artifact can be obtained by random chance of using a GOLD LOTTERY TICKET, with the chance for this specific artifact increases with progression. It can be dragged to a kitten wearing the "Pitman" costume to transform into a super set called "Notch".

A similar artifact also appears in the Steam version of this game.
