"elect" is a character costume in the StrikeForce Kitty series, based on Neo from The Matrix film trilogy.

"elect"
There are two foxes wearing the "elect" costume. The first fox is found in level three in the middle of the level. The other fox is in level four with "superwoman" halfway through the level. Wearing the set requires defeating the fox(es) multiple times until two pieces are obtained, or by unlocking chests.
The costume set contains two pieces: sunglasses and tunic. "elect" does 
melee damage and its ability is to detect traps earlier at a distance of three cells.
"elect" and "y-turtle" are the only costumes worn by more than one fox in the game, albeit two only. For unknown reasons, one of the second foxes wearing these costumes may have been intended to be "wonderman".

"Elect" in StrikeForce Kitty 2
The fox wearing the "Elect" costume can be found on level 9 after the second barrier above the locked chest. The costume can be obtained by defeating the fox multiple times or using lottery tickets.
Costume set also contains the same sunglasses and tunic carried from StrikeForce Kitty. "Elect" also does 
melee damage, but the ability is changed to a 9% chance to deal double the damage to an enemy.
