The fox wearing the "Lizard" costume can be found on level 17 with "Whiff" on the way to the GOLD LOTTERY TICKET chest, if your kittens bump the locked door. The parts can be obtained by defeating the fox multiple times or using lottery tickets.
The set has two pieces and consists of mask, and armor. "Lizard" does 
melee damage, and its passive ability is that all kittens have a speed boost of 9 points.

The "Lizard"/Reptile costume in StrikeForce Kitty League can be obtained by defeating Foxencia a few times in the Shark Division until the costume is acquired or by buying it by chance at the store for 800 fishes.
Wearing the costume gives the kitten the ability to create an aura, if successful, opponents will have a temporary 50% damage reduction for 9 seconds.
