The fox wearing the "rinku" costume can be found in level four with "cragman" halfway through the level. Wearing the set requires defeating the fox multiple times until four pieces are obtained, or the costume parts can be found by unlocking chests.
This set contains: hat, garb, sword, and shield. "rinku" does 
melee damage and its ability is a 50% chance to block enemy attacks.

The fox cosplaying as "Rinku" can be found on level 18 with "notZelda" near the LOTTERY TICKET chest. The parts can be obtained by defeating the fox multiple times or using lottery tickets.
The set also contains the same parts carried from StrikeForce Kitty, but the sword and shield now count as one item. "Rinku" does 
melee damage as well, but the ability is changed to that all kittens have a damage boost of 9 points.
